:-) Well... I have onsite laundry facilities. And my workplace has onsite fitness facilities. I don't really need an elevator, since I live on the first 'n' a halfth floor.... I just want a clean building without two years' of accumulated filth in the halls and without crazy next door neighbor landlords.
