Beware of the giant Teste Fly ! The last time I was in the jungles of Central America I spent a night along this river in a small village. At sundown all of the children under 14 were wisked inside their huts, along with the village dog. At the time I had no idea as to why until I saw coming over the horizon a swarm of Giant Teste Flies, each one the size of a VW Bug. That was one night I will never forget.

Otherwise have a safe and fantastic trip and like sbgrll mentioned, make sure you bring back loads of photos to share !
